Last Updated: August 10, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Zapri website and any services provided by AI Zapri. By using our website, booking a consultation, purchasing services, or engaging AI Zapri for a project, you agree to these Terms. 1. Who We Are AI Zapri is a Canadian-owned AI automation studio based in the Niagara Region, Ontario, Canada. We design, build, implement, and support AI-powered systems for businesses, which may include chatbots, AI voice agents, workflow automations, integrations, appointment systems, and other business automation solutions. 2. Our Services AI Zapri offers project-based automation services, including Starter and Growth packages priced in Canadian dollars (CAD), as displayed on our website. We may also provide customized Enterprise solutions and ongoing support services. The exact scope, features, integrations, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for each project will be confirmed with the client before work begins. 3. Pricing and Payment All prices displayed on the AI Zapri website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Project fees are one-time fees unless a recurring service or support plan is specifically agreed upon. Payment schedules, deposits, remaining balances, and payment methods will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Additional work that falls outside the agreed project scope will not be performed and charged without the client's approval. Third-party software, subscriptions, API usage, hosting, AI model usage, CRM fees, phone services, or other external platform costs are not included unless specifically stated in the client's project agreement. 4. Post-Launch Support Our current packages include: Starter — 14 days of post-launch support. Growth — 30 days of post-launch support. The support period begins upon project delivery or launch, as applicable. After the included support period, ongoing support is optional and may be purchased separately. Ongoing support plans currently start from $299 CAD per month, subject to the scope of support required. Work performed outside an active support plan may be billed separately or hourly. The client will be informed of applicable charges before additional paid work begins. 5. Project Timelines Estimated project timelines are provided based on the agreed scope and the information available when the project begins. Timelines may change if the client requests additional features, delays providing required information or access, or if circumstances involving third-party platforms affect development or deployment. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and access to systems or accounts reasonably required to complete the project. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their use of AI Zapri's systems complies with applicable laws, regulations, privacy requirements, and the terms of any third-party services they use. Delays in providing required information, access, feedback, or approvals may affect the project's delivery date. 7. Third-Party Services AI Zapri solutions may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, AI models, software, hosting providers, communication services, CRM systems, or other technology providers. These third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and technical limitations. AI Zapri does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, pricing, functionality, or performance. 8. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, the client may use the custom workflows, automation configurations, and client-specific content created by AI Zapri for the agreed project, subject to any separate written agreement. Third-party software, platforms, APIs, AI models, templates, libraries, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their respective licence terms. 9. No Guaranteed Business Results AI Zapri develops automation solutions using reasonable professional practices and based on the client's stated business requirements. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, including increases in revenue, sales, leads, conversions, productivity, cost savings, or profits. Business results depend on many factors outside AI Zapri's control. 10. Cancellations and Refunds If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, the client should contact AI Zapri as soon as possible. Any refund or remaining payment obligation will depend on the amount of work already completed, expenses incurred, third-party costs committed, and the payment or cancellation terms agreed upon before the project began. Completed work and non-refundable third-party expenses may not be eligible for a refund. Any project-specific cancellation or refund terms agreed to in writing will take priority where applicable. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Zapri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, services, automations, or third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, AI Zapri's total liability relating to a particular paid project will not exceed the amount paid to AI Zapri for that project. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. 12. Service Availability AI Zapri makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable automation solutions. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation because systems may depend on internet connectivity, APIs, AI providers, hosting services, software platforms, or other third-party technology. Temporary interruptions, platform changes, maintenance, outages, or changes made by third-party providers may affect an automation's operation. 13. Changes to Services or Pricing AI Zapri may update its services, packages, features, support plans, and pricing from time to time. Changes to publicly advertised pricing will not retroactively change the agreed price of an existing project unless the client and AI Zapri agree to a change in scope or pricing. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. 16.
